Changes from 1 July 2024. The doctors that work at Crown West Medical are independent contractors. The fee charged on the day is at their individual discretion. We are not a bulk billing practice. Discounted fees apply to aged pensioners, healthcare card holders and full time university students. Your concession card must be provided at every consultation. A deposit of $50 is required to secure an appointment for new patients or those who have not attended the practice in the past 2 years. Phone consultations require credit card details to be left with our online booking provider hotdocs. If this is not completed within 30mins the appointment is automatically cancelled. NO discounted fees apply on a Sunday.
