Dr Rui Feitosa began his medical career in Brazil, where he trained and practiced as a General Surgeon before relocating to Australia in 2003. He commenced work at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPA), gaining experience in the Vascular, Colorectal, and Melanoma Units as a surgical registrar.

He later entered the RACS General Surgical Training Program through the St George Hospital Network and continued to build his expertise at Wollongong Hospital, where he has worked in Vascular Surgery for many years, including work with the Plastic Surgery Unit.

Dr Feitosa became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) in 2024 and has developed a strong interest in skin cancer management. He brings extensive clinical experience and advanced surgical skills to his practice.

Highly regarded within the local medical community, Dr Feitosa is known for his approachable manner, professionalism, and commitment to patient care. After many years of service at Wollongong Hospital and Wollongong Private Hospital, he is a valued addition to the team at Crown West Medical.
